China bare PCB production is well underway following the Chinese New Year shutdown, but with ever continuing weight restrictions along with increased demand following the re-opening of factories after the Chinese New Year, we highly advise customers to plan bare board orders ahead of schedule to minimise courier delays.
Our offshore factory is back open and busy manufacturing all orders placed during the shutdown period. As you receive your boards over the next few weeks, please continue to review any upcoming PCB requirements and place orders early where possible.
What are the current weight restrictions on China bare PCB production?
Since the Covid-19 pandemic, global couriers have faced staff shortages leading to weight restrictions being imposed on each factory in China. You can read more about this here. Our Production Manager is continually reviewing the ever changing restrictions and despatching boards early in order to minimise courier delays to customers. To reduce this risk further, we highly advise you to continue to schedule your bare board orders over the next few months.
