Question: “I need bare boards in the next few weeks, when shall I order?”
Answer: Order your boards as early as possible this month. This will ensure boards are shipped to you ahead of the upcoming China shutdown week. For urgent requirements, please don’t hesitate to ask our sales team for an express price to get the boards manufactured and shipped before the end of September.
Question: “I want my boards delivered and invoiced in October. Is this still possible?”
Answer: All new orders requesting an October delivery will be despatched once our factory re-opens week beginning 10/10/22. If boards are required urgently, please let us know so we can prioritise your order with our Production Manager.
Question: “Can I still get bare board quotations during the shutdown?”
Answer: The Tate UK sales office will remain open as normal for sales order processing and providing quotations during this period.
