All bare printed circuit boards sold by Tate Circuit Industries Ltd will be supplied subject to these Terms and Conditions.

1. "the Buyer" the person(s), firm or company who purchases the bare printed circuit boards from the Company
2. "the Company" Tate Circuit Industries Ltd, company number 1183623, whose registered office is at Unit 3, Waterside Business Park, Wheelhouse Road, Rugeley, Staffs, WS15 1LJ.

Any claim by the Buyer which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the bare printed circuit boards shall be notified to the Company within 28 days from the date of delivery. Where a claim is notified to the Company, the Company’s liability extends only to the bare printed circuit boards and does not apply after components are added. The Company’s liability shall not exceed the price paid by the Buyer for the ordered bare printed circuit boards. The Company will not be responsible for any other costs.

The Company shall not be liable to the Buyer for any direct or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of contract, any economical or financial loss, expenses or any other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever) which occurs from the supply of bare printed circuit boards from the Company to the Buyer.
